ROCKVILLE, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Tech Council of Maryland (TCM) announced today its participation in the BIO 2008 International Convention to be held June 17 – 20, 2008, in San Diego, California. The BIO International Convention is an annual event held at different locations throughout the United States. The theme for this year's convention is, Heal, Fuel, and Feed the World.
