Minerva Surgical, which is developing a device that treats abnormally heavy mentrual bleeding, said in a regulatory filing Monday that it has raised more than $25 million in new funding.
The Redwood City company led by President David Clapper didn't say who the funding came from but indicated that it was a round started on Sept. 12 and involves 26 investors.
