MARLBOROUGH, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sunovion Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Sunovion) today announced that it has completed the company’s acquisition, by merger, of Elevation Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Elevation). Elevation is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunovion and has been renamed Sunovion Respiratory Development Inc.
