StudyManager’s Alec Fishburne and Kelli Paull will present, “Focus on the Fundamentals: Building Your Research Business with CTMS,” Saturday, April 14, 2:00 p.m. at the Innovation Theater in the Exhibit Hall.
This session will review essential research site business fundamentals conceptually, and in the context of Clinical Trial Management Software (CTMS). Topics will include business development, contract negotiation and budgeting, recruitment, protocol compliance and visit tracking, financial management, implementation best practices to avoid “solution paralysis,” achieving maximum user adoption and business impact in the shortest time possible.
