Stem Cell Assurance, Inc. to Open New Laboratory Facility in Jupiter, Florida

BOCA RATON, Fla., Jan. 26, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Stem Cell Assurance, Inc. (Pink Sheets: SCLZ)announced today that it has entered into a lease agreement at the Alexandria Innovation Center in Jupiter, Florida to open its laboratory facility. The opening of this location for Stem Cell Assurance represents an integral step for the Company to begin its adipose-derived adult stem cell processing and storage initiatives, along with developing potential cellular treatment protocols, stem cell based IP, and research applications.

The laboratory is located at 555 Heritage Drive in Jupiter, Florida and is specifically designed for life science technology industries. This new and modern laboratory site, which will also serve as the Company’s administrative offices, was carefully planned and strategically selected to allow for expansion capabilities as the Company grows.
