BRUSSELS, Sept 6 (Reuters) - Belgian drugs, chemicals and plastics maker Solvay (SOLB.BR: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Thursday it had decided to build a plant in Thailand producing epichlorohydrin, a feedstock for epoxy resins.
