As announced on 2nd August 2007, a first interim dividend of 4.51 US cents per
share will be paid on 9 November 2007 to shareholders on the Register at the
close of business on 19 October. Those shareholders whose address on the
Register is in the UK, and those who have validly elected to receive sterling
dividends, will receive a dividend of 2.205 pence per share.
