MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sanomedics International Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets: SIMH) announced the appointment of Jordan Serlin as Chief Operating Officer for the company. Additionally he will sit on the company’s Board of Directors. Serlin has served as both an advisor to company CEO Keith Houlihan and operational consultant to Sanomedics since September, 2009. Jordan will report directly to CEO Keith Houlihan, with his new roles taking effect immediately.
