ZURICH (Reuters) - Swiss drugmaker Roche Holding AG is taking legal action against Israel’s Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (TEVA.O: Quote, Profile, Research) in the United States to prevent Teva from selling a generic version of Roche osteoporosis drug Boniva, Roche said on Tuesday.
