Resverlogix Corp. (“Resverlogix”) (TSX-V: RVX), is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with First Associates Investments Inc., as lead agent, together with a syndicate including Haywood Securities Inc., Sprott Securities Inc., and Jennings Capital Inc. (collectively, the “Agents”) with regards to an equity private placement, to proceed on a best effort basis, to raise up to $9,000,000 at a price to be determined in the context of the market. Closing is expected on or about November 9, 2004.
