When combined with previously announced equity placements (in December 2006 and March 2007) it provides the company with a total of approximately $12.7 million in equity financing, and up to a total of approximately $12.7 million more upon exercise of options which become exercisable upon FDA clearance of the Company’s collagen scaffold 510(k). The recent placement was led by Ivy Capital Partners, LLC.
