QPharma, Inc. Recruits Managing Director To Lead Learning Management Business

MORRISTOWN, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--QPharma, a leading provider of compliance and commercial services to the life sciences industry, has announced the appointment of Kerrie Coleman to the position of Managing Director, LMS. In this role, Mr. Coleman will be responsible for charting the evolution and continued roadmap for the Titanium LMS™ (Learning Management System) software application, part of the organization’s Titanium™ commercial and compliance platform. He will also lead the organization’s Learning Management business practice, overseeing business development and growth, client relations, and day-to-day operations.

Mr. Coleman previously served in various senior-level technology and strategy positions with Ironwood Pharmaceuticals in Boston, MA. He also spent many years with Kenexa (now part of IBM), which develops software solutions for human resources. An expert on learning management technology and pharmaceutical sales operations, Mr. Coleman will be based in Boston and will lead a team of LMS administrators, instructional designers, software developers, and analysts.

Ti LMS™ is a full-featured, 21 CFR Part 11- and SCORM-compliant Learning Management System used by QPharma’s clients to train personnel and manage training compliance reporting. Due to its integration with Titanium, the application includes capabilities not offered by other life sciences learning systems, such as the ability to limit the access of pharmaceutical sales representatives to sample ordering features until after required training is completed. Additional enhancements are in development.
