KNOXVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Provectus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (OTCBB:PVCT), a development-stage oncology and dermatology biopharmaceutical company, held its 2009 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Thursday, June 18, 2009 in Knoxville, Tennessee. Shareholders voted to re-elect the Company’s five members of the Board of Directors, which is composed of three inside directors, and two outside directors. Outside directors who were re-elected were Stuart Fuchs of Gryffindor Capital Partners and Kelly M. McMasters, M.D., PhD., Chairman of the Department of Surgery and Chief of Surgery of the University of Louisville. Additionally, H. Craig Dees, Ph.D., CEO, Timothy C. Scott, President, and Eric A. Wachter, Ph.D., Executive Vice President-Pharmaceuticals, of Provectus were re-elected. Each Director serves a one-year term.
