Statesman.com -- A Michigan medical devices company will create 30 jobs in Austin with the opening of a marketing and product development office later this year. Pioneer Surgical Technology announced last month plans to expand into Austin. The company will lease 11,000 square feet of office space in Northwest Austin for an office to open in the second quarter, the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce said.
