TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - July 18, 2008) - PharmEng International Inc. (“PharmEng”) (TSX VENTURE: PII), today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Keata Pharma Inc. (“Keata”), received a site license issued by the Minister of Health under the authority of the Natural Health Products Regulations for the manufacturing, packaging and labelling of natural health products at its manufacturing facility located in Sydney, Nova Scotia. This site licence is subsequent to the drug establishment license received by the same manufacturing facility on June 26, 2008 that was previously announced in a press released dated July 8, 2008.
