NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The board of directors of Pfizer Inc. (NYSE: PFE) today declared an 18-cent first-quarter 2010 dividend on the company’s common stock, payable March 2, 2010, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 5, 2010. Pfizer increased the dividend by 12.5 percent, to 18 cents from 16 cents per share.
