Radical expansion of rental program availability highlighted at leading industry event
Peli BioThermal, the global name in temperature controlled packaging, is exhibiting its latest shipper systems and services at the 17th Annual Cool Chain Temperature Controlled Logistics conference. The products being exhibited at the annual European event provide vital protection for pharmaceutical and life sciences payloads being transported globally, including the Crēdo™ Cargo. It is the flagship temperature controlled container available from Peli BioThermal’s Crēdo™ on Demand rental program.
Joining the Peli BioThermal team on stands 52 and 53 at the annual event, being held on 29th January – 1st February at Twickenham Stadium in London, is the newly appointed Vice President of Crēdo on Demand, Dominic Hyde, the former Managing Director of va-Q-tec and Chief Operating Officer of Envirotainer.
With over 23 years industry experience Hyde will manage the worldwide expansion of Peli BioThermal’s Crēdo on Demand rental program and launch of a dozen new service centres and over 50 drop-off points during 2018. The rapidly expanding program offers a high performance, flexible rental option for temperature controlled pallet shippers, with global reach.
Paul Terry, Peli BioThermal’s Director of Sales EMEA, said: “We are delighted to have Dominic on the team and all these great opportunities in Europe. We’re happy to talk to our customers about the radical expansion of our Crēdo on Demand program and the benefits to their business at this industry-leading event.”
Hyde added: “I’m really excited to get going in this new role with Peli BioThermal. The company has developed a product portfolio that I believe is capable of achieving new levels of cost efficiency and performance.”
Peli BioThermal also announced their founding membership in the new Poseidon Sea-Freight Program, which launched at the conference. The company has joined the Poseidon program, a sea-freight GDP compliant model, aimed at ensuring the safe and secure transportation of pharmaceutical products throughout the entire pharma-logistics supply chain.
Peli BioThermal is one of a select number of industry leaders hand-picked to join the sea-freight program. Poseidon focuses on an ocean-going approach to temperature controlled pharmaceutical transportation, which offers low transportation, minimal environmental impact and minimised temperature excursions during long-haul logistics.
Providing industry insight and advice the Peli BioThermal team will showcase the company’s core product range of single and reusable systems, including Crēdo™ Cargo, Crēdo™ Cube, Chronos™ Advance and Chronos™ Express.
