PORTLAND, Ore., Oct. 9, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Paragon BioTeck, Inc. today announced that it has signed a distribution agreement with Horus Pharma for rights to supply the Ilast® range of its medical-grade ocular hygiene and lid care products within the United States; it begins on an exclusive basis this month.
