COVINGTON, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of Omnicare, Inc. (NYSE:OCR), a leading provider of pharmaceutical care for the elderly, declared yesterday a quarterly cash dividend of 3.25 cents ($0.0325) per share on its common stock. The dividend is payable on December 30, 2010 to stockholders of record on December 20, 2010.
