NorthJersey.com -- A San Diego-based medical device company plans to open a Northeast regional office in Paramus and add jobs to the health care sector. NuVasive Inc., which develops and markets spine implants, has struck a deal to lease two-story office building at 117 West Century Road in Paramus, a 65,000-square-foot structure built in 2008, according to a commercial real estate broker who represents the building's owner.
