TORONTO--(MARKET WIRE)--Jun 29, 2007 -- NutraBiosys Corporation (Other OTC:NTBS.PK - News) has recently negotiated and signed a joint venture agreement to participate in the distribution of a new cancer treatment formulation that may be effective for several types of cancer. NutraBiosys will be entitled to 16.7% of the joint venture distribution agreement. The new formulation is currently in phase one of clinical trials and testing and is pending final patent approvals and confidentiality requirements. The Company will release pertinent information regarding this innovative treatment once all confidentiality and patent requirements are fulfilled by the joint venture participants.
