Novavax, Inc. to Join Russell 3000 Index

ROCKVILLE, Md., June 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Novavax, Inc. today announced that as of the close of the market Friday, June 27th, it will be included in the Russell 3000 Index, comprised of 3000 of the largest and most liquid stocks based and traded in the United States. Membership in the Russell 3000, which remains in place for a minimum of one year, means the common stock of Novavax will also be automatically included in the small cap Russell 2000 Index.

The Russell 3000 Index is widely used by investment managers and institutional investors for Index funds and as benchmarks for both passive and active investments strategies. The Russell 3000 Index also serves as the U.S. component of the Russell Global Index.
