OTTAWA, Oct. 16, 2018 /CNW/ - The Honourable Ralph Goodale, Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, the Honourable Jody Wilson-Raybould, Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada, the Honourable Ginette Petitpas Taylor, Minister of Health, and the Honourable Bill Blair, Minister of Border Security and Organized Crime Reduction, will provide brief statements on the coming into force of the Cannabis Act.
