(Nasdaq: NFLD) announced today that it has received a notice from the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") stating that the staff has completed its investigation of the Company and does not intend to recommend any enforcement action against the Company. The Company previously announced the initiation of that investigation on March 16, 2006.
