A new class of breast cancer drugs called aromatase inhibitors can help many women stay cancer-free, researchers said on Wednesday. But they said it is too soon to recommend replacing tamoxifen, the most widely used drug treatment for breast cancer, which not only cures breast cancer but can prevent it in women at highest risk.
