WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NeuroMetrix, Inc. (Nasdaq: NURO) today announced that it and certain of its officers were named as defendants in a purported securities class action lawsuit filed in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. The lawsuit alleges, among other things, that the defendants made false and misleading statements and failed to disclose material information in various Securities and Exchange Commission filings, press releases and other public statements from October 27, 2005 through March 6, 2007.
