More Sun and Vitamin D May Prevent Multiple Sclerosis Risk, University of Southern California Study

MSN -- People who have spent more time in the sun and those with higher vitamin D levels may be less likely to develop multiple sclerosis (MS), according to a new study from Australia. The results are consistent with previous reports showing that people living close to the equator are less likely to get MS, a chronic disease that affects the central nervous system, than those at higher latitudes.
