Pacific Business News (Honolulu) -- Kona-based Mokulele Airlines has signed an interline electronic ticketing agreement with Continental Airlines. The agreement allows passengers to book and ticket destinations in Hawaii beyond Continental’s Honolulu gateway to neighbor islands.
