(TSX VENTURE: MOM), a biotechnology company engaged in the discovery and development of products for select cancers, is pleased to announce the re-election of Dr. Albert Friesen, Dr. Phiet Bui, Mr. David Filmon, Mr. Peter de Visser and Mr. Ted Paetkau to the Company’s Board of Directors at today’s Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders. As his current employment precludes his participation as a Director with other firms, Dr. Vincent Lenaerts did not stand for re-election to the Miraculins Board. Miraculins wishes to express its appreciation to Dr. Lenaerts for his contributions made during his tenure.
