(OTCBB: MRDAF) announced today that the Company completed a private equity financing in Korea on December 19, 2007, pursuant to which the Company sold 1,976,666 restricted shares of common stock, at a price of 900 Won (approximately US$0.964) per share, providing proceeds of approximately US$1,905,506.
