Merck & Co., Inc. Not at Fault in Fosamax Trial, Jurors Say

NYT -- Merck on Friday won a signature jury trial against Judith Graves, a Florida woman who had sued the company and claimed that its osteoporosis drug, Fosamax, caused her jawbone to disintegrate.
