San Francisco – MedImmune announced the discontinuation of Neutrexin (trimetrexate glucuronate) Injection on March 16, 2007 in a letter to health care professionals. The letter states the drug is being discontinued in agreement with the FDA and is not due to any safety or efficacy issues with the product.
