MLive -- Terumo Cardiovascular Systems plans a $3.57 million expansion of its Ann Arbor facility and will relocate R&D and manufacturing from California, creating 65 jobs here. The Michigan Economic Development Corp. has recommended a 100 percent employment tax credit for seven years to accommodate the company’s expansion. The Michigan Economic Growth Authority meets this morning to consider the incentive.
