Sept 25 (Reuters) - Matria Healthcare Inc. (MATR.O: Quote, Profile, Research) on Monday said it agreed to sell Dia Real, its diabetes service operations in Germany, to a unit of Dutch pharmaceutical distributor OPG Groep N.V. (OPGNc.AS: Quote, Profile, Research) for about $33 million.
