Hanover Eagle -- The Board of Adjustment will hear an application at 8 p.m. Thursday, July 16 from Halo Pharmaceutical Realty to build a 288-room four-story hotel on 8.5 acres of undeveloped land on North Jefferson Road, part of 22 acres now opened by Halo and formerly Abbott Laboratories.
