New Mexico Business Weekly -- Lockheed Martin Corp. has located its Altair program office in Houston. The Bethesda, Md.-based aerospace and defense company said the office will provide support for its bid to work on the Altair project — the National Aeronautics and Space Administration's next-generation human lunar lander system.
