The company recorded net revenues of $7.2 million and a loss of $(2.7) million, or $(0.12) per share, for its fiscal year ended June 30, 2006. For its fiscal year ended June 30, 2005, revenues were $2.4 million and a loss of $(5.8) million, or $(0.33) per share.
