BOSTON, MA--(Marketwire - March 19, 2010) - KIKA™ Clinical Solutions has appointed EDC industry veteran Katerina (Katia) Gambarov to the position of Director of Professional Services Operations. KIKA provides the Veracity™ advanced EDC solution for Clinical Asset Management™ for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industry clinical trials.
Ms. Gambarov has more than 10 years of experience in creating and implementing processes to successfully guide sponsors through clinical trials.

Prior to joining KIKA Ms. Gambarov was Senior Manager of EDC Operations at ARIAD Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where she helped plan and implement the adoption of EDC. She designed, built and maintained clinical trials in-house. Her responsibilities also included creating specifications for new trials and changes to existing trials, managing vendor and consulting relationships, and developing documentation. Previously Ms. Gambarov was a Clinical Design Consultant Manager with Phase Forward, where her responsibilities included mentoring a large group of clinical designers and helping create processes to facilitate customer adoption of the company's solutions.
