Johnson & Johnson Can’t Prove Phone Solicitations Tainted Mesh Suit

Johnson & Johnson (JNJ), facing more than 23,000 lawsuits over its vaginal-mesh implants, can’t prove telephone solicitors who urged women to file fraudulent cases generated a wave of tainted complaints, plaintiffs’ lawyers contend.
