EDMONTON, Feb. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Isotechnika Inc. announced today that Dr. Randall Yatscoff, Isotechnika’s President and Chief Executive Officer has resigned his position on the Board of Directors to enhance Board independence.

Isotechnika Inc. has a collaboration agreement with Hoffman La Roche which licensed the worldwide rights to develop and commercialize Isotechnika’s novel molecule ISA247 for all transplant indications.
