The Company sold a total of 13,634,302 shares in the offering at a public offering price of $61.49 per share. The total number of shares sold by the Company included 1,800,000 shares sold to the underwriters upon their exercise of their over-allotment option in full. Certain selling stockholders of the Company also sold 165,698 shares of common stock in the offering. The net proceeds to the Company from the offering were approximately $806.4 million.
