BETHLEHEM, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Invatec, a comprehensive innovator of interventional products, today announced that it has entered into a strategic distribution agreement with Cardiovascular Systems, Inc. (CSI; Nasdaq: CSII), a medical device company focused on developing and commercializing interventional treatment systems for vascular disease. Under the terms of the agreement, CSI will distribute Invatec’s FDA-cleared percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) balloon catheter product line. The agreement will greatly expand Invatec’s US sales presence, allowing more physicians access to Invatec’s products.
