Shares of Insulet’s common stock will begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market today, under the symbol “PODD.” All shares in the offering are being sold by Insulet. Insulet has granted to the underwriters an option to purchase up to 1,155,000 additional shares of its common stock at the public offering price to cover any over-allotments.
