SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Illumina, Inc. (NASDAQ:ILMN) today announced the pricing of its public offering of 3,500,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $87.50 per share, resulting in estimated net proceeds to Illumina of approximately $297.9 million. The company has granted the underwriter an option to purchase up to 525,000 additional shares of common stock from the company. The underwriter may exercise this option within a period of 30 days after the date of the prospectus supplement relating to the offering.
