The world’s largest clinical research organization, Quintiles , issued a statement last Thursday in response to North Carolina’s passage of HB2, a sweeping and likely unconstitutional law that excludes lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender citizens from the state’s anti-discrimination protections.
