PHILADELPHIA, March 15, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hemispherx Biopharma, Inc. (NYSE Amex:HEB) (the “Company”), announced its financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2009. The net loss for the year (including non-cash charges) was approximately $13,438,000 or $0.12 per share as compared to a net loss of $12,219,000 or $0.16 per share in 2008.
