Orlando Business Journal -- Hard Rock Hotel Panama, a condo hotel with more than 400 rooms, has begun selling units. Langomar Properties Inc. is building the resort on the Panamian Pacific coast in affiliation with Hard Rock International, the Orlando-based restaurant, lodging and entertainment company.
