Hadasit Bio Holdings Begins Trading in U.S. through Launch of ADR

NEW YORK, June 27, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Hadasit Bio-Holdings, Ltd. - (OTCBB: HADSY), a publicly traded portfolio of biotech companies all based on intellectual property developed and owned by Hadassah University Hospital, Israel‘s foremost medical research center, announced that it has listed and begun trading of American Depository Receipts (ADR) through BNY Mellon.

Shares of the ADR launched on June 20, 2011 on the over-the-counter (OTC) market under the symbol HADSY. The Company’s ordinary shares trade on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange under the symbol HDST and each ADR share represents 20 ordinary shares.
