LARGO, Fla., Oct. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- GeoPharma, Inc. was informed today that on October 24, 2005, a Second Amended Class Action Complaint was filed by plaintiffs in the federal securities class action against GeoPharma relating to GeoPharma’s medical device Mucotrol(TM). The plaintiff’s earlier complaint had been dismissed by the Court, with leave to replead by October 24.
The Company once again plans to move to dismiss the action.
