Copenhagen, Denmark; October 31, 2012 – Genmab A/S (OMX: GEN) announced today that following a private placement, an increase of the share capital by Genmab A/S was effected on October 16, 2012 by subscription of 5,400,000 new shares, with a nominal value of DKK 1 each.
